Rob Roy Cesar studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse with famed acting teacher Milton Katselas. Cesar is a native of Buffalo, New York, and received his BA in English from SUNY Fredonia, and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Buffalo State College. He's appeared in numerous films and TV shows, and is an award winning feature film writer. Cesar sees great promise in, "Pepito's America", and hopes to inspire, educate and entertain with his humor.

Carlos Moreno Jr. is an Actor/Writer/Producer/Director from San Juan, TX. He attended the University of New Mexico and studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse under Milton Katselas, Richard Lawson and Gary Imhoff. Carlos is also one of the producer’s of the film showcase, “Expose Your Shorts” in Santa Monica, CA. His credits extend from TV shows as ER to films such as Transformers. He wants Pepito to be in every household in America.
